This site is run by Sami SK (Sami Ullah Khalid), an independent Amazon advertising and brand management specialist. This page explains exactly what happens to your information when you visit imsami.com or contact me.

What this site collects automatically

Nothing. imsami.com runs no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising tags and no cookies. There is no contact form on the site.

The web host (Hostinger) keeps standard server access logs, which may include your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These logs are created by the hosting provider for security and reliability, not by me, and I do not use them for marketing.

What you send me directly

If you email me, message me on WhatsApp, or connect on LinkedIn, I receive whatever you choose to send: typically your name, email address, phone number, company name and details about your Amazon account.

To prepare the free audit you requested
To deliver services if we start working together

I do not sell, rent or trade your information. I do not add you to a marketing list without your agreement.

Client account data

If you share Amazon Seller Central or Amazon Ads access with me as a client, I use it only to perform the work you hired me for. I do not share your account data with third parties, and I do not publish client figures without permission. Case study figures on this site are published with the client's consent or anonymised.

Where your information is stored

Email is stored with my email provider. WhatsApp messages are stored on WhatsApp's service under their own privacy terms. Project files may be stored in tools such as Google Drive, Slack or ClickUp when a client uses them. Each of those providers has its own privacy policy.

How long I keep it

Enquiry emails are kept for up to 24 months so I can pick up the conversation later. Client records are kept for as long as we work together plus a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and reference. You can ask me to delete your information at any time.

Your rights

You can ask me to show you what information I hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hi@imsami.com and I will action it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the "last updated" date above changes with it.
