AMAZON PPC CASE STUDY • LARGE US BRAND • $100K+/MONTH

$116K Ad Spend, $506K Revenue in One Month

For one large US Amazon account I manage, September 2026 brought $506,376 in revenue, up 15.9% on September 2025, from $116,259 in ad spend. Ads produced $311,578 in sales (61.5% of revenue) at a ROAS of 2.68, an ACoS of 37.3% and a TACoS of 23.0%. The work combined full-funnel campaigns, listing image updates to head off negative reviews, and moving budget to the best-performing placements.

The account

$506,376 in one month, with 61.5% of revenue coming from ads. At this size, a 1-point move in ACoS changes ad cost by about $3,100 a month, so small inefficiencies are expensive and small improvements are worth a lot.

What I do

  1. Full-funnel campaigns, from awareness to conversion, so the brand is in front of shoppers at each stage, not only at the final search.
  2. Updated listing images to set clearer expectations and prevent negative reviews, which protects conversion rate for every ad click.
  3. Placement analysis: comparing top of search, rest of search and product pages, and shifting budget to the placements that perform best.

Large US Amazon brand case study: $116K ad spend, $506K revenue, ROAS 2.68, TACoS 23.0%, revenue up 15.9% year over year
Case study summary, September 2026.

Why the ACoS is 37% and that's fine

A 37.3% ACoS would be too high for many products. What matters here is TACoS: ad spend is 23.0% of total revenue while revenue grows 15.9% year over year. Ads are pushing growth across the whole account, not just buying the sales they report. The right ACoS target depends on your margin and on whether you are growing or harvesting. See ACoS vs TACoS for how to set it.

This is the kind of account I run under full brand management and Amazon PPC management.
